There are a ton of sidequests for you to undertake as you're exploring the new title by MachineGames, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. Your first proper introduction to them will be in the Vatican City, which is the first full sandbox location you get to explore. There are multiple sidequests to complete here, but one that can be particularly tricky is the Father and Son Mystery Sidequest. You will only be able to participate in this sidequest after completing the prerequisite sidequest, A Nun in Trouble.

How To Complete Father and Son in Indiana Jones and The Great Circle
As stated above, you will only be able to begin this sidequest by completing the first Fieldwork sidequest Gina gave you. The sidequest given to you by Gina is called A Nun in Trouble. Once you've completed that, you'll be given Guiliana's Key. As soon as you've rescued Guiliana and received the key, she will tell you that the key unlocks a door somewhere in the Borgia Tower, and it's up to you to figure out where.
The key Guiliana has given you will take you to a door about halfway up the Borgia Tower. Then, it will let you inside the Vatican Agency Room, which has no one in it other than a dog and a cat. When you get into the room, there will be some goodies for you to pick up, including an Adventure Book and a diagram, which are part of the puzzle for unlocking the safe in the room.
If you keep exploring, you'll find another desk drawer with a poem in it, which contains a poem with several letters circled. This is key to helping you unlock the safe.
How To Unlock Safe in Borgia Tower
To be able to unlock the safe in Borgia Tower, you will need both the Polybius Diagram and the poem, so that you know where to put the letters on the diagram, which will give you the numbers you need for the safe. In total, there are eight letters and four numbers to pair. You need to pair up two letters to get the right number. The letters are circled in pairs but go as follows:
I, R, I, A, T, A, S, O.
Each letter corresponds with a number, but when you pair up the letters, you find that they come together to focus on one number in particular. Once you've paired up all of the letters with the numbers correctly, you should find that the code is:
5873.
By doing this, you will then obtain four more Mystery Notes and 160 Adventure Points.
